Yes! While it’s normal to have different approaches and perspectives on parenting, this program gives a blueprint to guide you to achieving the same goal: helping your kids develop a healthy and helpful approach to managing their emotions.

This depends on the plan you choose (CORE, STANDARD, PREMIUM). The course material is self-directed which means you can watch or listen to the videos on your own time. There are 5 modules with about 5 lessons in each. Video trainings are between 4-9 minutes long. Participants often print out the workbook as a companion guide to these trainings.
Otherwise, your amount of participation in the group calls and discussion forum is up to you!

Yes it does! Parents of toddlers to teens will find helpful tools and strategies in the Chaos to Calm program.
Let’s face it - kids going through their tween and teen years often require even more emotional support than when they were younger. Parents often reach out for support during this time because they need an approach that meets the unique needs of this age group.

If you’d like to use your benefit plan, you can request an itemized receipt that includes an RCC registration #, dates and duration of sessions to satisfy insurance requirements.
